The AU Health app offers a redesigned interface and a customised dashboard with quick links for all major utilities. It allows users to make quick claims, get estimates on extras claims, manage personal details, and review cover and policy information. Users can also view their claims history and remaining benefits, access documents, and set communication preferences. The app even includes a webchat function to chat with a Digital Solutions agent.
In addition, the AU Health app provides access to Wellplan Rewards, an added incentive for users to stay healthy and engaged with their health insurance.
To use the app, users must have Health Insurance or Overseas Visitors Cover with Australian Unity. The app will continue to be updated with new features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
